Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for any reason within the 7 working days "cooling off" period after the goods are received. If an order has already been dispatched, the customer will receive a full refund when the goods have been returned in accordance with the above "Refunds" policy.   Please inform us in writing - by letter, fax or email  - of your decision to cancel and we will issue a Refund Code before you return the order. Please note that return postage is not refundable and is paid by the customer.

Conditon Details
We aim to describe the condition of the print as fully as possible, so please make sure you read any notes on condition. Minor imperfections are to be expected from antique prints due to their age. Often these do not affect the appearance of the print. Any blemishes that are noteworthy are described and shown in the picture where possible.

Prices and Availability
Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event that a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and refund any payment.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. If you are paying by e-cheque, goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.
UK orders are sent by 1st Class Post and should arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch. International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail and usually arrive within 5-10 days (Royal Mail aim for 5 days). However, while the vast majority arrive within this timeframe, some do take longer - if your order has not arrived within 28 days, just contact us and we will do everything we can to track it down.

Q: I would like my order sent to a different address.
A: That's fine - just fill in the shipping address as you wish - if you want the order sent as a gift, just fill in the options at checkout.

This information is held solely for the purpose of processing your orders with us and, at your request, providing you with promotional material in respect of our products. We do not use your data for any other purpose. Your data is not shared with other organizations for commercial or marketing purposes.  We use cookies to record  information on items that are added to the shopping cart. We do not ask for, nor do we have access to your credit or debit card details.
