Please read our terms and conditions carefully as making a purchase is acceptance of these terms.

Payment by Check/Cheque or Credit Card is via secure server on the PayPal website. Your Credit Card or Bank details are not known to us.

Refunds
Goods may be returned to reach us within 7 days (UK address) or 14 days (International address) for a full refund. Goods must be returned by Recorded Delivery and reach us in the same condition as they were dispatched. Please note, we do not refund postage for returned items. Refunds will be actioned via the PayPal system. Please contact us for a Refund Code before sending.

Conditon Details
We aim to describe the condition of the print as fully as possible, so please make sure you read any notes on condition. Minor imperfections are to be expected from antique prints due to their age. Often these do not affect the appearance of the print. Any blemishes that are noteworthy are described and shown in the picture where possible.

Prices and Availability
Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event that a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and refund any payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. If you are paying by e-cheque, goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.
UK orders are sent by 1st Class Post and should arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch. International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail and usually arrive within 5-10 days (Royal Mail aim for 5 days). However, while the vast majority arrive within this timeframe, some do take longer - if your order has not arrived within 28 days, just contact us and we will do everything we can to track it down.

Q: I would like my order sent to a different address.
A: That's fine - just fill in the shipping address as you wish - if you want the order sent as a gift, just fill in the options at checkout.
