This is a reproduction (from c 1934) of an absolutely gorgeous painting by Lilian Cheviot, an artist well-known in the early C20th for her beautiful animal studies. She painted domestic animals such as cats dogs donkeys etc.. These cats are so fluffy and their eyes are almost luminous. Wonderful.

Very Good - Some Marking
There is some dinting caused by fingering of the print which, because of the colouring of the print, is really only visible if held to the light. There is a slight speckled look to the print which is caused by the printing process. This does not detract from the beauty of the print.

A Note on condition:
Minor imperfections are to be expected from antique prints due to their age and in many cases this does not affect the appearance of the print. Any blemishes that are noteworthy are described and shown in the picture where possible.
