A really wonderful green-tinted image, not signed but definitely by Molly Brett. Fairies perch on mushrooms listening to a serenading frog accompanied by a mouse on violin. Full of life and humour - the small fairy throws flowers at the performers while the fairies in the lower stalls are, of course, talking through the performance - all are lit by beautiful fairy lanterns suspended from seed heads Great fun and a rare image..

|  SOME MARKING
Sadly this lovely image has some damage - a child has scribbled in pencil in a few of places. The pencil has been erased but the impression of the lines has been left behind and, especially if held to the light, you can see a sheen to the dark areas where the eraser has been used. However, on first impression, these defects aren't too noticeable and I would say that once framed would not be too visible - But please be aware of this before bidding. Despite these faults this is still a lovely image.
A Note on condition:
Minor imperfections are to be expected from antique prints due to their age and in many cases this does not affect the appearance of the print. Any blemishes that are noteworthy are described and shown in the picture where possible.
